A Prince Of A Teddy Chapter 2: Dublin's Story

It had been a few days, Dublin Avondale O'riley, The Teddy bear that had been rescued from the donation shop was now fully repaired and sitting with Vira happily watching a movie. He glanced up at her, making sure she didn't notice...He couldn't help noticing how beautiful she was...And she had shown him such kindness...He was glad his furr hid the slight blush that played on his cheeks.He hadn't re-vealed himself to her yet, not sure how she would re-act..

She looked down at the bear, un-sure what it was, but she sensed something unique about him. She had brushed it off up until now, she paused the movie and lifted him gently onto her lap. "You know..I can't put my finger on it Dublin..But...There's something about you..Something unique..." She said softly...She smiled though "But I just know it's good..." Dublin looked at her at that point and smiled softly "Ah..Vira, my dear girl..Your right...On both accounts" He said, deciding to re-veal himself...She jumped, although held him gently not wanting to hurt him..Her eyes widening "W-Wait..Wh-Wha-What?! You can talk....Or am I just losing my marbles..."

Dublin couldn't help laughing, lightly..Although he coughed after, it had been so long since he had actually been able to move like this...She gently patted his back "Ah! Are you alright?" She asked, he smiled and nodded, a little bit of dust coming from his fur..."I'm fine my dear, It's just been a long time..For many years my mouth was sewn shut..You were the first to open it back up...Also the first to treat me with such kindness...Thank you dearly for that" He said smiling at her softly.

She blushed as she smiled at him "Who could leave an adorable bear like you at that place...What happend that put you in such bad share...If you don't mind me asking..." She looked at him curiously and Dublin sighed.."Ah, well...Uhm..I'm not an actual teddy Bear...I'm a prince, to be honest.....I was kidnapped by a man called 'The Toymaker' and turned into a Teddy Bear, he wanted to create a real living bear..With a personality all his own and everything...only he couldn't do it with a bear, so he decided to try it with turning a human into a bear..My true name is actually Caleo...But, if I ever am able to turn back to normal..I plan on havign it formally changed to Dublin Avondale...I like it.." He said smiling at her..He truly did too, the name was unique and had a charm to it..

She blushed, smiling softly and kissing his nose "Well, that's an honour to know Dublin...And by the sounds of it we'll just have to find a way of resotring you..and stopping that toymaker" she said, a determiend glint in her eyes. He smiled and nodded "Sounds like a grand idea...We just need a plan"
